The use of automatic soldering machine misunderstanding

After the plant is put into operation, the overall production efficiency has been improved, which can meet more production needs, and naturally can undertake the production of larger projects. The emergence of automatic welding machines has solved this problem well, but there are some misunderstandings about the use of automatic welding machines in the industry.

1. Virtual welding problem: Virtual welding generally refers to the appearance of the solder joint in the welding process, but in fact, there is no fishing or insufficient tin penetration. The main reason is that the soldering iron head stays on the pad for not enough time or the temperature is too low. Solution: We can extend the residence time of the soldering iron head or increase the temperature to solve the problem. If we do not know false welding, we can specifically understand how to avoid automatic welding machine leakage.

2, the tin pile problem: the tin pile generally refers to welding, spot welding into a ball, and does not leak the nail foot. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the amount of tin is too large, and another reason is that the pin of the electronic component is too short and the pad is not exposed. Solution: At this point, it can be solved by reducing the amount of tin or leaving a long pin.

3. Continuous welding: Continuous welding generally refers to the phenomenon that two adjacent solder joints are bridged together during the welding process. The cause of this phenomenon may be too much tin or the gap between two points is too small. Solution: In this case, first reduce the amount of tin, and then check that the position of the iron head is correct. If no, adjust it in time. In addition, it also depends on whether the size of the soldering iron head is selected correctly. If not, should be adjusted in time.

4. In the welding process of the automatic tin welding machine, sometimes the tin wire will get stuck: because the welding temperature is set too low, the tin feed speed is too fast, and the tin needle is too close to the soldering iron head, the tin wire at the front end of the soldering iron head melts too late, which is easy to lead to the tin wire sticking. Solution: Adjust the position of the tin feeding needle, keep the distance between the tin wire and the iron head, adjust the tin feeding speed, and adjust the temperature setting in the machine parameters.

Only the correct understanding of the possible problems of the automatic welding machine can be handled calmly, and when there is a fault or obstacle in the process of use, it can be easily handled. Therefore, it is necessary to have a full understanding of the use of automatic welding machines
