Familiarity with equipment troubleshooting methods is the basic responsibility of each screw machine operator. Some simple faults can not be quickly eliminated in time, will directly affect the production efficiency, and even seriously damage the equipment. In general, the automatic screw machine has fewer failures, but we have also summarized some unusual failures.
1. The machine has no reaction: check whether the switching power supply and air source are connected properly.
2. The first few times you hear the machine blowing, but there are no screws: open the case cover, use the Allen wrench to remove the four screws on the pressure plate, and check whether the screws are stuck in the limit block. If so, take it out.
3. Screw stuck in the feeding tube: during use, ensure that the feeding tube is not subject to external pressure and the screw specifications are consistent, otherwise it will affect the automatic feeding.
4. Hand pull gun head machine does not blow: check the sensor light above the gun head. If the light is not on, the sensor position will be loose. Slowly slide the sensor up and down. When the light slides in a certain position, secure the sensor here (502 glue).
5. The machine and equipment work normally, but there are no screws, or the screws are not continuous: check whether there is a screw slide. If you do not check the black brush wear in the hopper, you cannot brush off the excess screws, resulting in screws stuck on the top, and the screws cannot be transmitted normally. Remove and replace brush.
6. Alarm light alarm: specify the lack of screws in the internal structure of the hopper, and turn on the switching power supply after filling.
